AFD AND KENT SPORT INTRODUCE FIRST EVER AMERICAN FOOTBALL SCHOOL GAMES COMPETITION

Secondary schools in Kent will have a new School Games competition to be a part of next summer, with the inclusion of flag football to the programme.

Having been a demo sport at last year’s Kent School Games, and recently added to the School Games programme by the Youth Sports Trust, AFD, who deliver flag football to schools across the county, are happy to support Kent Sport in bringing this fantastic game to the School Games this summer. continue reading…

What does it take to be a record breaker?

As the NFL celebrated the continued success of the Patriots Tom Brady at the weekend with him becoming the record winning quarterback of all time, we ask the question – what does it take to be a record breaker?

Well I guess you’ve got to be good at your chosen sport. I mean that’s probably a given, but what else?

Determined and committed? Well yes, you can’t break records without putting in a ton of work, effort in the gym, on the track, on the field. Time and time again.
